By registering, accessing, or using Wazzuno InvoiceTracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wazzuno InvoiceTracker provides web-based invoicing management tools for small and medium businesses (UMKM), freelancers, and agencies. Features include invoice generation, PDF downloads, WhatsApp reminder links, payment tracking, and cashflow insights.

3. User Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans & Invoicing Quota

The Service offers both free trial quota and paid subscription packages (Starter, Bisnis, Agency, Top-up). Paid packages are billed in advance according to the selected package cycle. Quota resets and billing terms are specified on the Quota & Billing page.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to creating fraudulent invoices, distributing malware, spamming clients, or attempting unauthorized access to our infrastructure. Temporary or disposable email addresses are strictly prohibited during registration.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wazzuno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
